Printer calibration
Most printers need none of this. The defaults suit a stock 0.4 mm printer. Come here when you switch printers (nozzle, layer or bed size), if prints measure over- or under-sized (shrink comp), or if a fitted part like the stamp handle is too loose or tight (hole clearance).
Nozzle, tolerances and shrinkage below are saved to this profile and apply to every generator. Switch printers here.
Your calibrated slip-fit gap (per side). Any fit control set to “Printer profile” — e.g. the stamp handle's thread — uses this number.
Grows the model per axis to counter filament shrink — if a 100mm part measures 99.7mm, set X/Y to +0.3. Preview and export scale together (P-3). Leave at 0 if uncalibrated.
Output
The MINIMUM segments per circle. Curves are already smoothed to the size of the piece — a big disc gets far more than this on its own — so raise it only if you want small corners and holes finer still. What you see is what exports.
STL has no colour. This 3MF splits each colour into its own named part assigned to filament 1, 2… ready to print multi-colour. Each part name carries its intended hex.

In the slicer, set filaments 1, 2… to your actual spools. Preview colours here are cosmetic approximations — the real colour is whatever spool sits in that filament slot. You need as many filaments loaded as this design has colours. If the slicer has only one filament, both parts fall back to filament 1 and print as a single colour — add a second filament (an AMS slot, or a manual colour swap) and the base and text separate.
Batch
Set up one tag above — it's the template. The quickest way: type a list of names below, one per line (or comma-separated) — each becomes a tag. For per-tag colours or sizes, Download template, fill a row per order in a spreadsheet, then paste it back in the box (or upload the file). Blank cells inherit the template. The width / height columns are seeded from this design's size, so every tag comes out the same size and long names shrink to fit — clear them to let each tag size to its own text. Everything stays on your device.

Set a taller mm on any colour to raise it proud; leave them equal for a flat inlay; set 0 to drop a colour (it prints at the base colour — handy when it matches the body).
